Tribune Watchdog: The state has allowed eye doctor Dr. Nicholas Caro to continue praticing despite lawsuits resulting in more than $1 million in damages and a recommendation from the state’s chief medial prosecutor that his license be “suspended, revoked , or otherwise disciplined.”
