Governor David Paterson is recovering at home after undergoing cataract surgery Saturday morning. Doctors at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City removed the cloudy lens of Paterson ’s eye and replaced it with a small plastic clear implant. The procedure lasted less than two hours.
